I listened to this on my way home from work, today and so enjoyed it. I'm totally unfamiliar with The Kingkiller Chronicles, but now I'm super curious, and think I'll pick them up. YES definitely read the Kingkiller Chronicles! Great, well-written fantasy with extremely interesting and well thought-out magic, and a university that makes it my top pick for Fantasy Worlds I Would Actually Choose To Live In. The author has written two out of three doorstoppers, The Name Of The Wind and The Wise Man's Fear. Glad you liked the singing, my first try at filk haha :)
