EDIT 2: Thanks to keen-eyed observer thrilia, I have corrected the problem! Apparently TextEdit uses a type of quote mark that Dreamwidth does not like.

I just looked at the code via right-click + view page source and you seem to have two sets of quotation marks around your links - "vertical" ones and “curved” ones. The curved ones need to be removed in order for it to work. :)

That did it! I don't know why Dreamwidth throws a wobbly at the curved quote marks. Thanks!
