If you've requested a card and opted out of NSFW prompts, you should have received a comment from the mods asking if you'd like to re-request a card with only the remaining NSFW prompts excluded. If you didn't opt out of NSFW prompts you may still re-request a card, in case this affected your sign up in any way.
