Wow. This. Was. AMAZING. Seriously. I kind of can't believe how much I enjoyed this. I've only seen 2 episode of Hikaru no Go, but I was like "what the hell, it won't hurt to try it!". I am a SO GLAD I DID. The (RL) Computational Linguist in me just geeked out all over the place over the content, and the reading was SO GREAT! Also, I listened as I was walking to do errands and I thought, "I must remember to tell hananobira how wonderfully the sound effects worked", and then I came back and read your little bit about the sound effects and editing -- So from someone who was out and about, listening, they worked incredibly well. I'm always crazy jealous of people who do sound effects well (because mine never work out the way I want them too). These simultaneously enhanced the story and felt incredibly non-intrusive. Well done, all round. Lovely lovely lovely.

Thank you for the feedback on the sound effects. So far you are the only one who has commented on them, and I guess if they were really distracting and obstructed the sound for some people, someone might have said something? So I guess I will leave them the way they are for now.
