I so enjoyed this! Part of it is just that geeky part of me that loves the fact that it's a Historical AU of a Modern Reboot of a Historical story, but the other part is Hudson's POV in that time period and the way you read the unfolding of the giving and receiving of secrets (for lack of a better way to phrase that). It just worked really well.
